  The Act Book contains state statutes that pertain to the operation of the State Fire Marshal’s Office and its programs. Statutes pertaining to fire departments are also included. PLEASE NOTE: The 2005 version is ONLY available in the electronic version. Printed copies will only be made as necessary. After the 2006 legislative changes are made to the Act Book we will then have printed copies available.
