Pipeline Safety - General Information

The mission of the Pipeline Safety section of the Fuels Safety Division is to inspect intrastate gas pipeline operators within the State of Nebraska and identify any non-compliance of State Pipeline Safety Regulations and to ensure the correction of probable violations.

The state is divided into three inspection areas. These inspections are conducted in accordance with Title 155.
